Vice President of Engineering at Anchor Glass since September 2017. Steve previously held the position of Director of Engineering for Guardian Industries. He holds a BS in mechanical engineering and in MBA in entrepreneurship from Oakland University.

SVP and Chief Sales Officer since February of 2019, Robert has been with Anchor since 2006 and has held several Commercial and Financial leadership roles during his tenure. Robert holds a BS in Finance from the University of South Florida and an MBA from the University of Florida.

Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer at Anchor Glass since February 2018. Previously, Wendy held the position of Global Senior Vice President of People & Culture at Triad Retail Media. Wendy holds a BA in anthropology and psychology from Emory University and an MBA in business from Palm Beach Atlantic University.

President and CEO of Anchor Glass since July of 2017, Nipesh also serves as a director on the board. Prior to joining Anchor Glass, Mr. Shah led profitable growth for several global industrial companies. Nipesh holds a BE in polymer engineering from Maharashtra Institute of Technology and an MS in polymer engineering from the University of Akron.

Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at Anchor Glass since September 2020. Previously, Rachel held the position of Chief Financial Officer/Corporate Treasurer with Philadelphia Energy Solutions (“PES”). She received her MBA from Drexel University and her Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the University of Delaware.

Legal Counsel at Anchor Glass since August 2009, Sam holds a B.A. in Political Science from Drew University and a J.D. from the Temple University School of Law

Chief Operating Officer at Anchor Glass since June 2022.  Previously, Kevin held the position of the President and Chief Manufacturing Officer of the N.A. Thermal business with Denso.  Kevin holds a BA in Business Administration and MBA from Brenau University.

Vice President of Supply Chain at Anchor Glass since October of 2017. Nilesh has also previously held the position of Director of Strategy at TWB Company LLC. He holds a BE in Chemical Engineering from Bharati Vidyapeeth, a masters in manufacturing management from the University of Toledo, and a MBA in strategy and finance from the University of Michigan.

Board member at Anchor Glass since December of 2016. James is also the Managing Director at CVC Capital Partners and a Board Observer at Advantage Solutions. He holds a BA in economics from Columbia University.

Director on the board at Anchor Glass who previously served as the CFO of Ford Motor Company for five years. During those five years, he successfully restructured Ford's assets to prevent bankruptcy during the financial crisis of 2008. He also served as the Corporate Controller at Ford before being promoted to CFO. He has long-standing and dynamic experience in various corporate finance roles.

Chairman at Anchor Glass since January of 2017. Tom also serves as a Partner and US Head of Industrials and Energy at CVC Capital Partners. He holds a BSE in banking, corporate, finance, and securities law from the University of Pennsylvania.

Board member at Anchor Glass since August 2020. Aviva also serves as Principal (Operating Partner) for CVC Capital Partners.
