Chief Operating Officer at Anchor Glass since June 2022.  Previously, Kevin held the position of the President and Chief Manufacturing Officer of the N.A. Thermal business with Denso.  Kevin holds a BA in Business Administration and MBA from Brenau University.

SVP and Chief Sales Officer since February of 2019, Robert has been with Anchor since 2006 and has held several Commercial and Financial leadership roles during his tenure. Robert holds a BS in Finance from the University of South Florida and an MBA from the University of Florida.

President & Chief Executive Officer of Anchor Glass since February 2026. Eric brings over 20 years of global executive leadership experience as President and CEO across industrial and manufacturing businesses. Most recently, he served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Aludyne, a global lightweighting solutions supplier to the mobility industry, where he led the company’s operations through a period of transformation. Eric’s strong track record of driving performance across complex businesses while consistently delivering for customers will help accelerate Anchor’s key operational initiatives. Eric holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Bradley University and an MBA from the University of Michigan Ross School of Business.

Legal Counsel at Anchor Glass since August 2009, Sam holds a B.A. in Political Science from Drew University and a J.D. from the Temple University School of Law

Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at Anchor Glass since September 2020. Previously, Rachel held the position of Chief Financial Officer/Corporate Treasurer with Philadelphia Energy Solutions (“PES”). She received her MBA from Drexel University and her Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the University of Delaware.

Vice President of Supply Chain at Anchor Glass since October of 2017. Nilesh has also previously held the position of Director of Strategy at TWB Company LLC. He holds a BE in Chemical Engineering from Bharati Vidyapeeth, a masters in manufacturing management from the University of Toledo, and a MBA in strategy and finance from the University of Michigan.

Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer at Anchor Glass since February 2018. Previously, Wendy held the position of Global Senior Vice President of People & Culture at Triad Retail Media. Wendy holds a BA in anthropology and psychology from Emory University and an MBA in business from Palm Beach Atlantic University.

Craig Carlozzi serves as a co-portfolio manager for Algebris Investment’s Global Corporate Opportunity Fund. Craig currently serves on the board of Trailblazer Energy Resources and Canvas Energy Inc. Craig has been a CFA Charter Holder since 2003 and graduated with Honors from Miami University with a Bachelor’s in Finance.

Alan R. Ginsberg has been a Board Member at Anchor Glass since October of 2025. Alan is also a Board Member at Nextwave, a Board Member at Aludyne, and a Board Observer at Guitar Center. Alan holds a BA from SUNY at Binghamton, a JD from Boston University School of Law, and an MA from Columbia University.

Mark Blaufuss is currently the Managing Director of Green & White Advisory and also works as an Operating Executive for The Carlyle Group. Mark currently serves as a Board Member for Worldpac LLC, The Jason Group, Bluebird Corporation, Niles Industrial Coatings, HighwayRoop Precision Technologies, and Old-World Industries. Mark holds a BS in Accounting from Michigan State University.

Kevin Kwilinski most recently served as the CEO of Berry Global, a publicly traded packaging company. Kevin holds a Master’s in Industrial and Operations Engineering from the University of Michigan and a BS in Physics and Mathematics from Greenville College.
